How fast are orders tagged after they're created?
Within seconds. Order Auto Tagger listens to Shopify webhooks in real time — there's no polling delay or batch processing.
Will this overwrite tags I've added manually?
No. We always fetch your current tags, merge in the new ones, and save — your existing tags are never removed or overwritten.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
All shop data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstall, in line with Shopify's compliance requirements.
Can I tag orders that were placed before I installed the app?
Yes — use the backdate tool to run your new workflow rules against existing orders retroactively.
